Yes. In most cases we can give you a firm quote over the phone or via WhatsApp. For more complex jobs (such as damaged door frames or bespoke glazing) we may need to assess the work first, but we'll always be transparent about pricing before starting.

We aim to reach you within 30 minutes across South London. Response times to other parts of London vary depending on traffic and location — we'll always give you an honest ETA when you call so you know exactly when to expect us.

We work with all types including BS3621 mortice deadlocks, Yale night latches, anti-snap anti-drill Euro cylinders, multi-point locking systems, digital keypads, and smart locks (including Yale Smart, Ultion, and others). We always recommend British Standard rated locks for maximum security.

Not usually. We use non-destructive entry techniques first and in the vast majority of cases can open the door without damaging the lock. Drilling is only ever a last resort, and we'll always explain our approach and get your agreement before proceeding.

Yes — lock changes for rental properties are one of our most common jobs. Whether you're a landlord changing locks between tenants or a tenant who has moved in and wants new keys for security, we can help. We'll always need to see proof that you have the right to change the lock.

Yes. We repair uPVC doors and windows including multi-point locking mechanisms, gearboxes, handles, hinges, shoot bolts, and sealed units. In most cases we can fix the issue on the same visit without replacing the whole unit, which saves you significant cost.

In most cases, yes. We carry stock of common glass sizes for emergency boarding up and same-day replacement. Bespoke or sealed unit glass may require a follow-up visit once the unit has been measured and ordered, but we can always board up the same day for security.

Yes. Dropped, sticking, and misaligned doors are very common, especially in older properties. We diagnose the cause (worn hinges, dropped frame, warped timber, misaligned multi-point locks) and carry out the repair in a single visit in most cases.
